1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and al44 ("al44", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the al44 website at https://al44.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, online slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the al44 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the al44 platform.

• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

al44 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by al44 support may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

Where al44 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance held pending completion of a full age verification review.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account with al44. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device IDs, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. al44 cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or outdated information held on your account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying al44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

al44 will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to come from al44 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the al44 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). al44 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your al44 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• al44 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account restriction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by al44 compliance.
• al44 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframe communicated to players at the time of request, subject to completion of any required identity or age verification.
• al44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where the platform's fraud or compliance checks flag a transaction for review.
• Withdrawal of funds derived from bonuses is subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5 of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

al44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on cricket fixtures, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. • Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Betting Rules & Casino Games

al44 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, snooker, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as a full online casino featuring live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and virtual sports. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. al44 does not accept requests to cancel a confirmed bet except where permitted by the specific rules of that market (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• Odds displayed on al44 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, al44 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at al44's discretion, including during key moments of a match (e.g., wicket delivery, free kicks, penalty shootouts). Bets placed before a suspension will stand; bets placed after the triggering event occurred may be voided.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). al44 does not influence or manipulate the outcome of any casino game.
• al44 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the round in progress will stand and be settled according to the game's server-side records.

Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sports betting and casino sections of the al44 platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the al44 platform. Engaging in any of the activities below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one al44 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any technological means to gain an unfair advantage over al44 or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to place bets or access features outside the normal intended operation of the platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity. al44 has robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Placing bets on the al44 platform on behalf of another person or as a professional agent without prior written authorisation from al44.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to mask your location in order to access al44 from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Reproducing, publishing, or distributing any content, data, or odds information from the al44 platform without prior written consent.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

al44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring action on a specific account.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under al44's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login or transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months).

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, al44 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach or suspected fraud, al44 may withhold balances pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure or connectivity issue.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
